Filter Performance Tester

Features

This equipment is used for testing of filter performance on radioactive organic solvents, toxic gas, irritating smell. It is consisted of pre-treatment filter, humidifying device, heating device, inlet of particulate and toxic gas, filter-fixing stand, flow meter, pressure difference measuring unit, concentration-measuring unit for up/down stream, etc. All materials are made of stainless (SUS 304) and aluminum for providing corrosion resistance.

Features of filter performance tester
This tests the filter leak and collecting rate, etc via injecting find particles DOP, gas, etc. It is designed to store and display various information for controlled temperature/humidity environment.
Air blowing is finely controlled electronically with wind capacity and static pressure. The design of constant current system and particulate feeder for maintaining steady-state flow of fluid is expertise of Joul, and indispensable element for rigorous test. This confirms the reliability of this tester, and improves the filter performance.
