This is for perfect protection of heater and other device from inappropriate circumstance or carelessness of operator through automatic detection of heater load. MCU (microprocessor control unit) automatically detects the heater load in real-time, and breaks the circuit when overload. In addition, LCD is adopted for display the operation status and configuration. AHP bolt heater panel can protect your heater and electrical equipment from any hazard.

Problems in existing heating controller

1. Manual input: Existing controller must be input manually with calculation of heater load. Erroneous operation and damage to heater might happen due to the mistake of operator.
2. Shorter lifetime: Lifetime of heater is reduced because high density heater is exposed to air during disjoint.
3. Delay of working time: Operator should conduct the insertion of heater, time check for disjoint, joining/disjoint of terminal board by himself.
